Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Java Developer located in Chennai. The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications, leading a team of Java developers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the quality of the software solutions.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Java, Spring Framework, and Hibernate
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining Java applications
Experience in leading a team of Java developers
Strong proficiency in react
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Experience in using Agile methodologies
Experience in using DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
Relevant certifications such as Oracle Certified Professional Java SE Developer or Spring Professional Certification are a plus
