Key Responsibilities:
> Demonstrate strong technical leadership: guide the team, perform code reviews, unblock technical issues, and predict risks.
> Optimize performance of Java applications for efficiency and scalability.
> Ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code by following best practices.
> Contribute to design and define/review implementation details of the features handled by the team.
> Strong design patterns knowledge
> Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure goal alignment.
> Proactively identify and mitigate risks throughout development.
> Consistently meet deadlines and project commitments.
> Actively engage in all development stages from planning, execution, delivery and support.
> Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback to improve coding practice

Technical Skills (Must have):
> Java

> MS SQL db

> Tomcat server
> Spring Boot
> Development Design Patterns
> Cloud services experience (Azure/AWS)
