Job Description
We are seeking a Lead Java Developer with advanced Angular expertise to join our team.
This role involves overseeing the development of high-quality applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions. Responsibilities
• Manage the design, development, and deployment of Java-based software solutions
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze technical and business requirements
• Develop and maintain Angular-based front-end components for applications
• Supervise the integration of applications with backend systems and APIs
• Ensure high-quality code through best practices such as code reviews and comprehensive unit testing
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members to improve their skills and productivity
• Contribute to the design and architecture of scalable microservices-based systems
• Improve application performance and ensure systems are reliable and highly available
• Research and implement emerging technologies to enhance development processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliver successful outcomes
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience as a Java Developer or in a comparable role
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a leadership position managing development teams
• Strong knowledge of Java 8 for building robust and efficient applications
• Significant experience with Angular for creating dynamic and responsive front-end interfaces
• Expertise in Spring Boot for developing scalable and efficient microservices
• Experience with Hibernate for ORM and database operations
• Proficiency in using unit testing frameworks to ensure software reliability
• Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and RESTful web services
• Experience with relational database systems and SQL Server for data management
• Comprehensive knowledge of microservices architecture and its practical application
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, at a B2 level or higher
Nice to have
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS for creating responsive and user-friendly interfaces
• Familiarity with cloud platforms for application deployment and management
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and practices for CI/CD and workflow automation
