Job Description:Grade : Manager/ Sr. Manager / AVP. Department - Technology. Reporting To - IT Head. POSITION PURPOSE :- Java Team Lead for multiple applications. A. KEY POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Sr. Key Responsibilities 1 Team Lead / Team Management 2 Review designs & implement JAVA Based applications, In depth understanding of Rest API 3 Prioritize requirements across applications and projects 4 Ensure compliance, regulatory guidelines are followed and complied with 5 Work with architecture to continuously improve to achieve scale and resilience and with support to ensure continuous and monitoring is in place 6 Ensure debt assets are not build and regular housekeeping is in place 7 L3 support and support audits as and when required 8 Understanding of business domain and applications supporting the business domain & Good understanding of programming language * In-depth understanding on Java Solution design and implementation 10 Willingness to adapt, cross-skill and contribute to various development and organizational activities & Upskill to the newer technologies B. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT Qualifications Essential Graduate Preferred Engineering Graduate Essential 6+ Years experience Preferred C.
