Role: Java Developer/Lead/Architect
Experience: 3 to 20 years
Location: Pan India
Skills required:
Must have:
. Minimum 3 years of programming experience in Java (Front-end or Back-end or full stack).
· Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java Code.
. Strong understanding of front-end back-end technologies such as ReactJS, AngularJS, NodeJS, CSS.
. Should have worked on Microservices architecture.
. Experience using JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Angular etc.
. Experience with REST API’s, Microservices, and Web application
. Knowledge on design patterns and principles.
. Experienced working in an Agile way.
. Positive can-do mentality, while acting as a continual improvement role model.
. Participate in code reviews and performance optimization.
. Ability to work independently and within a team is a fast-changing environment with changing priorities and changing time constraints.
Nice to Have Competencies
· Experience with TDD, Behavior driven development
· Hand on JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, AngularJS
· Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber
· Azure DevOps

Job Responsibilities
· Demonstrate the ability to build a work plan or part of the work plan as applicable for role.
. As a Developer, must be able to do requirements gathering and data analysis for the multiple business processes involved.
. Play an advising role in the creation of software designs and perform follow-up of other SW development and test task within your experience scope.
. Work with the cross functional team’s including analysts, PM, business stakeholders.
· Good analytical ability & communication skills.
· Possess a good working knowledge of the IT applications and technical tools landscape.
· Take up responsibility on in development SW & unit tests.
· Perform follow-up on validation test for the developed software.
· Maintain/adapt SW documentation and artefacts.
· Focus on quality, security, and performance.
. Key Deliverables – Functional specifications/user stories /Use cases/ Scenarios/ System Documentation/Service level agreement, Support metrics.
