We are partnered with a global fintech catering to hundreds of banks and corporates, managing over $30 billion in assets. They are looking for a skilled Java Engineer with past lead experience to spearhead their new greenfield project. The company boasts a diverse team of over 45 as well as expertise in major finance and trading environments.
Full time employment contract offering 20,000 - 33,000PLN per month + Bonus DOE.
The company offers remote working with an office near Krakow should there be any team meetups.
Requirements
• Expert leading teams in Java development.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
• Focus on building scalable and resilient systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms.
