Job Description
We are looking for a talented Lead Java Engineer with a passion for frontend development using Angular and a solid understanding of backend technologies. We need experienced Engineers who can contribute to critical application and product development projects. Responsibilities
• Perform maintenance and provide support for the IQ product in the Identity Management system.
• Triage and manage incidents, ensuring efficient resolution and refinement.
• Troubleshoot incidents and conduct root cause analysis to identify underlying issues.
• Fix bugs and conduct thorough verification to ensure software stability.
• Achieve high unit test coverage and automate testing processes.
• Establish tools for tracking and controlling Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Assist in triaging incoming requests and provide timely support.
• Support the deployment process, including hotfix releases.
• Collaborate with other teams involved in new feature development for cross-team knowledge sharing.
• Create comprehensive documentation for processes and procedures.
• Oversee the change management process.
• Negotiate with support service counterparts on the client's side.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to the engineering team.
Requirements
• Minimum of + to 15 years of experience in Java development.
• Proven track record of running Support Services with committed SLAs from an engineering standpoint.
• Hands-on experience with incident management processes.
• Profound understanding of ITIL processes.
• Strong knowledge of Metrics & KPIs.
• Extensive experience in Java software development.
• Advanced understanding of Angular
• Profound understanding of engineering excellence principles and practices.
• Hands-on experience leading large-scale technical teams at a program level.
• Advanced experience with object-oriented analysis and design.
• Proficiency in an object-oriented programming language and related techniques.
• Excellent communication skills.
Nice to have
• Knowledge of IAM (Identity and Access Management).
• Experience with Continuous Delivery practices.
• Experience in instrumenting code for gathering production performance metrics.
• Good understanding of AI and Machine Learning principles.
