As a Lead Learning Consultant - Country Banking New Zealand (CBNZ), you will:
Design and facilitate technical training aligned with our skills framework and organisational values
Shape the future workforce through our Graduate Programme
Coach and guide leaders on learning and organisational development strategies
Champion culture, wellbeing, and inclusion through key projects
This role follows a hybrid model, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.

To succeed in this role you’ll bring experience of, and a passion for, learning and development, strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to deliver impactful programmes that drive real results.
What you’ll bring:
Proven experience in learning design, facilitation and delivery (in-person and virtual)
Strong background in organisational development and capability building
Experience in the banking sector (preferred)
Willingness and ability to travel regularly across NZ and potentially to Australia (if required)
