• Provide legal advice on marketing strategies and initiatives
• Oversee the legal aspects of business development
• Handle corporate communication matters from a legal perspective
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Collaborate with various departments to guide on legal matters
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures
• Manage and mitigate legal risks by designing and implementing company policies
• Advise on contract status, legal risks, and the legal liabilities associated with different deals
The Successful Applicant
• Degree in Law from a reputed institution and at-least 15 years of experience
• Comprehensive understanding of the Energy & Natural Resources industry or manufacturing industry
• Exceptional knowledge in corporate law and legal issues pertaining to marketing and business development
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to strategize and solve complex legal issues
• Team management experience
