Our client, a leading organization in the chemical industry, seeks a seasoned Legal Counsel to oversee various aspects of their operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
The successful applicant will be responsible for drafting and negotiating technology transfer, manufacturing, supply, and distribution agreements, as well as service and marketing agreements.
In addition, they will handle strategic contracts, shareholder agreements, share purchase agreements, due diligence, and joint venture agreements.
They must also possess strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities include:
• Drafting and negotiating complex legal documents
• Providing regulatory guidance and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Developing and implementing effective contract management strategies
• Collaborating with commercial teams and internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
• LLB or equivalent degree from a recognized institution
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate law and contract management
• Proven track record in managing complex legal projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
