Job description
Job Title: Contract Reviewer
Location: Pune, India
Experience: 8–10 Years
Education: Degree in Law, Business, or equivalent (Law degree or Paralegal certification preferred)
Job Summary:
We are hiring a skilled Contract Reviewer to review, draft, and manage contracts, ensuring legal accuracy, compliance with GHG programs (e.g., Article 6.4), and effective risk mitigation.
This role demands strong legal knowledge, analytical thinking, and attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:
Review and draft contracts (NDAs, vendor/client agreements, etc.)
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance
Identify and mitigate contract risks
Negotiate terms with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain a centralized contract database
Compliance Required Skills:
Contract drafting & legal analysis
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (GHG programs, Article 6.4)
Risk assessment and mitigation
Proficiency in MS Office and contract management tools
Strong communication and organizational skill
