Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts for Sales, EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), IPP (Independent Power Producers), Export/Import, procurement and other business related documents.
Handle high value contracts including contracts with international jurisdiction including China, USA and other key markets
Develop and implement policies and procedures for contract management
Ensure contract compliance with legal requirements
Collaborate with various departments to ensure contractual obligations are fulfilled
Resolve any contract-related issues that come up
Participate in contract negotiations
Stay up-to-date with legislative changes related to contracts
The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
10+ years of overall experience
Candidate should come with experience - working in Renewable Energy sector or heavy manufacturing sector
