We're seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Level Designer to join our team, someone who shares our enthusiasm for creating immersive gaming experiences.
About the Role
We're looking for a skilled professional with extensive experience in lead level design, preferably on console titles. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Level Design team and creating engaging environments that drive memorable gameplay experiences.
Lead a creative team of designers, inspiring and motivating them to deliver high-quality work.
Create and own major immersive environments from start to finish.
The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of level flow, metrics, and pacing, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Experience with Unreal Engine 5, Blueprinting, and scripting gameplay content is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Lead a level design team and ensure they meet project vision and quality benchmarks.
Design and build large, immersive levels that create memorable gameplay experiences.
Build and maintain documentation for all owned environments.
Requirements
At least two years of experience as a Lead Level Designer on published console titles.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality level designs that meet project requirements.
Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate and direct a team.
Familiarity with Unreal Engine 5 and Blueprinting is highly desirable.
