Job requirements
• B. Tech/BE/M tech/ME in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Hands on Knowledge of Software like CAD, Ansys/Comsol, Matlab Simulink
• Prior Knowledge about design of lithium battery packs
• Knowledge of DFM, DFA, DFMEA
Job Function
• Designing and 2D/3D Modeling of Battery Pack and its components and its optimization in line with Govt Standards
• Mechanical, Electrical and Thermal Simulation of Battery Packs
• Compenent/Technology selection
• Termal Management using active or passive selection
• Preparing BOM for Purchase and Production
• Preparing Technical Specification Sheet
• Pack Testing and Validating the results
• Making SOP for assemply process
• MIS Reporting to managament
