Position Overview
The Lead Maintenance Technician for Plastics Manufacturing will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of a plastics manufacturing plant. This role requires extensive knowledge and experience in plastics and maintenance, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a team of technicians.

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in the plastics manufacturing plant
• Create and implement a preventative maintenance plan to ensure efficient operation of equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to diagnose and repair issues
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
• Train and mentor maintenance technicians on proper procedures and techniques
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment issues
