Job Description
Ensure Preventive maintenance schedules are prepared well in advance for each city wise.
Ensure all major equipment's spares have rate contracts with the respective vendors.
Ensure AMC is in place for required equipment's.
Visit kitchens periodically to check the equipment's' working condition.
Ensure technicians follow the preventive maintenance schedules without fail.
Randomly audit kitchens and inspect equipment's for the preventive maintenance carried out.
Prepare equipment wise cleaning & service chart for the technicians to execute.
Prepare and manage kitchen-wise break down history of all utilities and cost spent.
Prepare maintenance budgets and work towards reducing them on constant basis by identifying better and robust brands for spares.
Constantly provide feedback to projects & purchase team with regards to equipment's purchased and highlight concerns if any.
Train the technicians periodically on various preventive maintenance process and techniques.
Conduct training sessions for kitchen team on handling of equipment's and attending to minorEducation Qualification: Graduate/Diploma in Engineering
Experience: Minimum -8-10 years of experience in the maintenance in QSR/Retail industry.
