We are looking for a Lead Marketer to join our growing team and help expand our services to a broader audience. As the Lead Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies to grow our brand presence, attract new clients, and foster long-term relationships with existing clients and caregivers.
Job Summary:
The Lead Marketer will be responsible for overseeing and implementing the marketing initiatives of the company. This includes strategizing, planning, and executing campaigns across various marketing channels, with a primary focus on digital marketing, brand management, and client acquisition. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the home care industry, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals and growth objectives.
Manage the execution of marketing plans across multiple channels, including digital marketing, print, local events, and community outreach.
Continuously monitor and optimize marketing campaigns for effectiveness and ROI.
Brand Awareness & Positioning:
Ensure that the company’s messaging and branding are consistent across all platforms and marketing materials.
Create and maintain a strong, recognizable brand presence in the market.
Identify market trends and competitive landscapes to ensure the company’s positioning is strategic and effective.
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
Design and implement lead generation strategies to attract new clients and caregivers.
Build relationships with referral sources such as hospitals, physicians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Develop targeted campaigns to increase inquiries and consultations for home care services.
Digital Marketing:
Oversee the management of the company’s website, ensuring it is optimized for SEO and user experience.
Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and keep clients informed of services and promotions.
Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to engage with potential clients and build a community.
Utilize digital advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and others to drive leads and brand awareness.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Use data analytics tools to gain insights into client behavior, preferences, and trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Provide regular reports to senior management on the progress and success of marketing efforts.
Collaboration & Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless integration between marketing and client services.
Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized marketing tasks or projects.
Community Engagement & Public Relations:
Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and other local outreach initiatives.
Build partnerships with community organizations, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to expand brand recognition.
Develop and manage public relations campaigns to enhance the company’s reputation and credibility.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Proven experience in the home care or healthcare industry is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Experience managing budgets and ensuring the effective allocation of marketing resources.
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with marketing software and tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).
Experience with content creation and management (blogs, video, graphics).
Knowledge of local marketing, including event planning and partnerships.
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and marketing standards in the home care industry.
