• Role Overview:
As the Head of Marketing & Corporate Development, your role will involve handling nationwide marketing and business development activities, coordinating with regional teams across zones. Your leadership, strategic vision, and ability to drive growth through consistent follow-ups, guidance, and performance management will be crucial.
• Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate with marketing and business development personnel across different zones.
- Follow up with regional teams to ensure timely execution of targets and initiatives.
- Align regional efforts with central strategy for uniformity in messaging and execution.
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, provide feedback, and corrective actions.
- Guide, mentor, and motivate marketing personnel to improve productivity.
- Develop and implement the company's marketing and brand strategy.
- Manage client acquisition, retention, and relationship-building strategies.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and leadership for cross-functional synergy.
- Handle budgeting and resource allocation for marketing activities.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
• Qualifications Required:
- MBA in Marketing major and minor in finance, Business Development.
- 4+ years of progressive experience in marketing and business development.
- Proven track record in managing regional teams across multiple zones.
- Strong communication, leadership, and follow-up skills.
- Experience in corporate banking preferred.
