Job Responsibility-

1. Take ownership of the Growth budget, offering insights and recommendations on optimal investment strategies and where we may need to shift to improve growth outcomes

2. Oversee all aspects of marketing including organic and paid marketing, SEO, events, brand marketing, communications and content marketing.

3.Understand and enhance all stages of the funnel including lead generation,

conversion, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention and revival.

4. Drive innovation across the team by identifying and testing new areas of opportunity for growth

5. Should have experience in IT Services Companies

6. Partner closely with Sales to achieve ambitious revenue goals

Must Have

Marketing strategy / STRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING/ DATA ANALYSIS/ CONTENT MARKETING SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING/ BRAND BUILDING Preferred Qualification

1. Graduate / MBA with specialization in Sales or Marketing

2. A senior marketing leader with 15+ years leading a marketing or growth team.

3. Proven capability launching in new markets.

4. Data driven and proven ability to analyze metrics and develop strategies to drive growth and optimize funnel based on metrics.

5. Proven track record developing efficient strategies and business plans for all marketing aspects (lead generation and nurturing, digital / social media

marketing, branding etc.)

6.Understanding and experience of software and tools, and how they can be

optimized for growth, including marketing automation, CRM, customer support (HubSpot etc)

7. Ability to respond resourcefully and flexibly when faced with new challenges.

8. A natural team player, with a 'can-do' attitude, a strong track record of

cross-functional leadership and partnership, especially throughout remote

working conditions.
