Job Description
Deliver end to end media supporting deployment of new sites, upgrade existing 2G/3G sites ,modernization of
2G, RF capacity upgrade, MW topology improvements and MW Deployment. To work closely with Circle
transmission planning lead, Circle Deployment lead, NOC, fiber, ISP and MPBN planning. Manage MW capex as
approved in the AOP in a Circle
Key Responsibilities
To deliver end to end media as per transmission planning guidelines and priority set by RF planning, to
support circle monthly deployment plan (MDP) for 2G + FD , FDD, TDD, SRAN, TwinBeam, MiMo
Should sync with circle media deployment tracker and ensure Circle on media readiness
Should ensure daily/ weekly interface with circle MW planning lead, operations lead as defined in the WLA
Support 100 % end to end “Junoon” ( MW topology correction ) MW deployment
To manage Capex as per AOP by ensuring effective utilisation of dismantled MW hops, by having
