• Duties and Responsibilities - • Training need analysis of role holder • Design & Deployment of different (Transition & Day 1) learning intervention • Delivering training as required • To impact analyses of learning intervention • Redirect training intervention as and when required • Insuring minimum coverage as define by management • Maintaining MIS and deriving required report
• Key Decisions / Dimensions - • Trainer allocation • Operational decision
• Major Challenges - 1. Meeting timeline due high dependency on various stakeholder

• a) Qualifications MBA / Post Graduate Degree b) Work Experience - 6-8 years of exp - 4 years in L&D
