Your background
• Graduate with minimum 2-3 years’ experience or MBA with 1-2 years’ experience in Banking Operation
• Should possess basic knowledge of Banking
• Responsible for effectively handling trade and treasury transactions
• Responsible for efficient handling of the Cash Management Process for the branch
• Good customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage volumes with accuracy
• Ensure compliance with reporting/ response deadlines
• Ensuring adequate controls are in place and Support Client Services and Implementation on client review and requirements
• Regular interaction with Internal and External stakeholders, clients and peers across branches for job related activities.
• Contributing towards department efforts in the areas of constant process improvement, improving productivity rates.

The role requires the candidate to process branch related activites, to manage Cash counter, trade and treasury transactions with good accuracy and speed to meet the defined TAT.

• Ensure Processing as per TAT’s

• Generate new ideas and contribute towards process improvement.
