Daily Management of Shift
The Lead Operator will be responsible for managing daily operations, including administrative tasks, job allocation, and monitoring productivity, quality, and safety. They will also be responsible for preparing and implementing training plans, conducting audits, and standing in for the Area Manager as needed.
