Develop cross sell, upsell and new acquisition strategy with all stakeholders
Scale up and manage Virtual RM channel
Review business performance along with stakeholders (liabilities, Assets, MSME etc)
Digital onboarding of new customers
Manage mapped casa book and NRI customers
Deliver revenue targets as per budgets
Ensure adherence to compliance & quality
Develop scripts/pitches to be used for outbound
Review telecaller wise performance
Manage and improve productity per resource and coa
Provide regular training and updates
Control mis sell and other malpractices
Monitor CX index
