Job Description
The primary role of the OutSystems Developer will be to design, build, test and deploy web and mobile applications using the LCAP/NCAP. The developer will understand business requirements, design and perform technical development, testing and deploy the developed solutions. Coordinate with IT and business teams for application implementation.
What You Will Do (responsibilities)
Strong proficiency with low code and no code capabilities of Outsystems to design and develop web and mobile business applications
Efficiently manage application design, development, enhancements, break-fixes, standard application changes and maintenance activities
UI screens development using Outsystems
Interact with clients, product managers, scrum master, tech lead, BA and QA teams, both onsite and offshore
Define and enforce code development guidelines for the OutSystems platform
Make changes and updates to existing OutSystems code
Follow established timelines, application development standards and quality processes
Participate in all Sprint ceremonies. Day-to-day responsibilities will include participation in daily standups, user story refinement, and tuning stories into highly functional, highly scalable deliverables using OutSystems platform
Put together high-quality documentation for design and solution
What We’d Like To See In You (qualifications)
Should have 6-8 years of experience in IT and around 4 years of Reactive Web Development using Outsystems platform on AWS cloud
Hands on experience with OutSystems platform including Mobile Apps
Hands on experience with web technologies (XML, HTML, Angular JS, Restful API, PowerShell etc.)
Certifications (one among) Associate Reactive Developer, OutSystems Technical Lead
Application runtime experience on the AWS cloud
Fast learner, ability to learn new complex products and processes
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Team player that is able to work independently working with US based business teams
BE/BTech in Computer Science (or technical equivalent)
Nice to Have
Experience with C#, Java, SQL Server
Experience with software development in a cloud environment desired
Experience with UX, RPA and OutSystems Case flow management
