Job Description
Key Accountabilities
• Work closely with the Business teams to manage, run, solution and own the project management and delivery ownership for fintech partner programs in the Bank across various domains
• Work closely with product owner, development team and the core platform team to design and build efficient and scalable APIs in the Bank focusing on reusability and granularity of the solution to enable faster time to market and reduce rework / duplication work
• Propose, document and own the solution design and architecture for integrations with core platform services and external partners and FinTechs
• Own and manage the Open Banking implementation as well as sandbox capabilities
• Set API integration and documentation standards and and look out for ways to continuously innovate products and digital transformations by bringing in new APIs
• Should be able to analyze the applications performance and actively work and guide the development teams in performance tuning and preventing / resolving security vulnerabilities
• Establish a governance framework and managing, maintaining it and ensuring that the designs align and adhere to the corporate architectural standards, principles and governance
Desirable Experience and Capability :
Minimum 17-20 years of work experience, with 5+ years’ experience in Banking domain
Required Skillset :
• Expected to have functional knowledge of key areas of banking
• Experience on API Gateways, ESB with API and microservices based stateless, zero trust architecture
• Experience on Open Banking implementation
• Experience in managing and monetizing APIs and managing third party integrations
