Job Title: Lead Plumber
Location: Wolverhampton (Travel & Lodge Away Required)
Salary: 18 per hour + Overtime

We are an established M&E Contractor based in Wolverhampton, looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Plumber to join our team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional with experience in commercial, retail, and leisure sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage plumbing projects in the commercial, retail, and leisure sectors.
• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure systems meet standards and regulations.
• Travel to various sites, with occasional lodging away required, to oversee plumbing works.
• Work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior plumbers and apprentices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on all job sites.
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience as a plumber in commercial, retail, and leisure environments.
• Relevant plumbing and mechanical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation, and maintenance.
• Willingness to travel and stay away as required.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
