Dover is in the midst of large digital transformation and we operate Dover Digital labs in Bengaluru, India. At Digital labs, we design, develop and manage software for Operating companies for a variety of engineering products manufactured in Dover. The software products operate in IOT, SaaS based eCommerce frameworks, Data Science & Analytics services and Connected products. The products enable operating companies to design and implement unique solutions via AI/ML, mobile, edge, blockchain and hybrid cloud computing technologies, and deliver exceptional experience by incorporating some of the world’s most advanced technologies.

Position Summary:
The Sr. BI Developer is responsible for gathering data from multiple sources into the Enterprise Data Warehouse and designing enterprise-level reporting solutions to meet business requirements. Provide support and guidance to business users on Microsoft PowerBI. Design, develop and maintain business intelligence solutions and reports/visualizations. Maintaining and growing the SQL Server-based Enterprise data warehouse and derived BI cubes.
Responsibilities
· Responsible for leading the design, creation, and maintenance of business intelligence applications
· Develop self-service models with data analytics using Power BI service
· Develop tabular, multidimensional models compatible with warehouse standards
· Develop, publish, and schedule reports and/or dashboards to meet
business requirements
· Design, build and deploy BI solutions
· Ensure that the use of business intelligence applications enhance business decision-making capabilities
· To create dashboards and visual interactive reports using Power BI.
· To identify KPIs with clear objectives and monitor them consistently.
· To design, develop, and deploy Power BI scripts and perform efficient detailed analysis.
• To perform DAX queries and functions in Power BI.
• To create charts and document data with algorithms, parameters, models, and relations explanations.
• To define and design new systems by analyzing current ETL processes.
• To make technical changes to existing BI systems in order to enhance their working.
Requirements:
· 8+ years of experience in a Business Intelligence or Analytics-focused role
· 5 years of experience developing dashboards/reports with Power BI
· Experience with SQL Server and/or SQL query writing Predictive Analytics
· Experience gathering requirements and acting as a liaison between Business and Technical teams
Nice to have:
· Experience with Azure
. Integration of BI with CRM and related tools, preferably Salesforce, desired
