Role Overview: The Lead Prefabrication Integration Specialist plays a key role in advancing our prefabrication initiatives on large or complex projects, or multiple smaller ones. Actively collaborating with project teams and prefabrication leadership, you will bring your expertise in prefabrication best practices to drive success in our projects while enhancing organizational knowledge and processes.
• Independently make decisions regarding your responsibilities, referring complex issues to your supervisor as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support project teams in integrating prefabrication efforts as directed by a Prefabrication Integration Manager.
• Track and document prefabrication-related metrics; conduct basic analyses to inform decisions.
• Serve as a resource for project teams, addressing questions and sharing valuable insights.
• Promote and implement prefabrication best practices through engaging presentations and training sessions.
• Communicate process and resource improvements from project experiences to prefabrication management.
• Expand your knowledge of prefabrication resources, implementation guides, and industry best practices.
• Collaborate with various teams including Lean, Design, Pre-Construction, Virtual Design & Construction, and Scheduling to enhance prefabrication efforts.
• Identify integration opportunities and work closely with leadership to develop actionable recommendations for project teams.
Additional Key Responsibilities:
• Provide detailed answers to complex queries from project teams throughout all project phases, from preconstruction to handoff.
• Foster relationships with operational teams to boost collaboration and prefabrication utilization.
• Assist in documenting prefabrication lessons learned and refining best practice guides.
• Analyze project data to uncover improvement opportunities related to prefabrication efforts.
• Contribute to training sessions and communication efforts showcasing prefabrication opportunities.
• Create tailored project-specific materials and tools for effective, scalable implementation across the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) - Intermediate proficiency.
• Organizational abilities - Intermediate proficiency.
• Capability to deliver engaging presentations.
• Experience using MS Office applications - Intermediate proficiency.
• A keen interest in integrating prefabrication and manufacturing processes in commercial construction.
• Introductory knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with construction processes.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with team members beyond project scopes.
• Strong collaborative skills within teams, internally and externally.
Education Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or construction environment is preferred.
Working Conditions:
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Availability to work non-traditional hours as per project needs.
• Exposure to extreme conditions (hot or cold) is possible.
• Role may require being on project sites and/or working in an office setting.
• Frequent activities: Sitting, viewing computer screens.
• Occasional activities: Standing, walking, bending, climbing, reaching overhead, pushing, and pulling.
