Summary
Preschool Lead Teacher (Full-Time)

We’re looking for an energetic, talkative, child-friendly Preschool Lead Teacher who loves helping little learners build confidence and skills in preparation for GA Pre-K and beyond.

Duties
*Lead a preschool classroom with warmth, structure, and enthusiasm

*Follow engaging daily lesson plans and learning centers

*Build strong relationships with children and families

*Support students with routines, communication, and independence

*Celebrate growth and help children feel safe, seen, and successful

Requirements
Pass Criminal Records Check
Interview Requirement-As part of the interview process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to conduct a 15–20-minute demonstration lesson in either math or literacy for a preschool classroom. This will assess the candidate’s ability to actively engage children, demonstrate instructional strategies, and manage the classroom environment effectively.
Education: Minimum of TCC or Assoc in ECE/Special Education or related field (required).
Experience: minimum 1 year of experience as a Lead Teacher in a licensed childcare or preschool setting (required).
Knowledge of DECAL/BFTS standards for Georgia early learning programs.
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Strong classroom management and lesson planning skills.
