The Role
We are hiring Lead / Principal Vizrt Designer–Developers to personally design, build, and own cricket broadcast graphics systems used in live matches. We are open to multiple senior profiles. Scope and mandate will be shaped around what you can personally own and build. This is a hands-on leadership role with deep ownership of live systems. You will not just define standards. You will implement them yourself, including templates, logic, data bindings, and operator guardrails. This is a build-once, reuse-all-season responsibility.
What You Will Personally Build
Graphics System Design
Design complete cricket broadcast graphics packages in Viz Artist, including:
• Scorebug
• Player cards (batting and bowling)
• Over summaries
• Innings and result graphics
Ensure layouts follow cricket broadcast conventions
Build templates that are clean, reusable, and operator-safe
Cricket Logic and Data Integration
Bind graphics to scoring and data feeds (manual or semi-automated)
Own cricket-specific logic, including:
• Overs vs balls
• Extras
• Strike changes
• Innings transitions
Implement guardrails so operators cannot break graphics on air
System Readiness
Prepare Viz templates for fast, error-resistant playout
Conduct:
• Pre-season testing
• Match simulations
Support operators during early matches if needed
What Makes This a Lead or Principal Role

• As the team grows, you help guide other designers and developers while remaining hands-on
What we're Looking For
• Strong, hands-on experience with Viz Artist in live broadcast environments
• Working knowledge of Viz Trio workflows
• Comfort with scripting and logic (Viz scripting, Lua, Python, or similar)
• Deep understanding of cricket rules and live broadcast flow
Nice to Have
• Prior experience building cricket broadcast graphics
• Vizrt certification
• Experience with regional or international leagues
• Exposure to remote or cloud-based production
