Job Description
Lead Product Manager for a leading MNC Bank based out of Bangalore
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders in an international environment
- Ability to prioritize effectively and navigate ambiguity
- Subject Matter Expert in the Balance-sheet Management Analytics space
- Sound conceptual foundation in economics, financial markets and risk management practices
- In-depth understanding of regulations in the area of Asset-Liability
- Management including treatment of on-balance sheet and off-balance sheet exposures, scenario analysis & stress testing, sovereign risk, capital adequacy calculation & optimization, reporting standards, Liquidity & Rate
- Risk Measurement, Performance measures' MIS and Management
- Sound quantitative analytical skills with strong problem solving capabilities, in the above areas
- Good understanding of Lending & Deposit products and financial instruments across Equity, Commodity, Fixed income, Derivative and Securitization space
- Sound knowledge of a Software Product lifecycle and data visualization capabilities
- Sound knowledge of functional design - from critical Data points capture to Application design, development & MIS creation
- Relevant banking / finance industry experience combined with software product development
- Fair experience in Treasury Management, Bank Asset Liability Management including Liquidity & Interest Rate Risk Measurement
- Fair experience in international financial markets across all asset and liability classes
- Good working knowledge of AGILE software development methodology and basic SQL
- Experience in Product Implementation
