As Lead Product Manager for our Business Accounts & FX divisions you will help define the direction, support performance outcomes for a rapidly growing challenger bank and drive meaningful improvements in our customers' experience of financial services.
What you will do:
• Define product strategy, develop new propositions and refine existing propositions. You will take a leading role in delivering these new propositions, working with a wide range of stakeholders from Distribution, Marketing , Operations, Technology, Legal and Risk
• Developing and owning business cases, as well as tracking and optimising benefits and KPIs
• Own the ongoing product management for a defined suite of accounts as well as take the lead on Business Accounts & Fx projects.
• Lead commercial performance and planning, risk and customer experience managementYou will act as representative of Business Accounts & Fx in the wider business and drive change across the organisation to support our customers
• Keep your 'finger on the pulse' of trends and opportunities, via customer research and market analysis
• Be the Product SME and point of escalation for all business and operational issues and opportunities related to the propositions you manage and develop
• Mitigate and manage business risk and ensuring compliance to relevant regulations for products and propositions you look after

What you will need:
• Understand the risks associated with your job and what that means for you, Metro Bank and all our stakeholders
• Extensive experience of Product Development and Management in Business Financial Services
• Knowledge of commercial management, proposition strategy, risk management, regulatory compliance You will have successfully landed change that has delivered quantifiable customer and commercial benefit
• Experience of managing regulatory change You will have managed colleagues either directly or as part of virtual teams
• Broad understanding of business banking customer needs, sources of insight and segmentation
• Knowledge about the latest developments in the business accounts market, customer insights and wider innovation we can learn from
• In-depth understanding of risk and regulatory developments
