Position Overview

As a Lead Product Manager (Solutions) for NetScaler Business Unit, you will lead the delivery of NetScaler’s validated reference solutions for our Enterprise customers. This is an exciting role for you if you love to solve mission-critical business problems using established and emerging technologies. Role Responsibilities

· Deliver NetScaler’s validated reference solutions to be used by large Enterprise customers for their production deployments. These reference solutions include code/config level details on one or more of the on-premise / virtualization / public cloud / Kubernetes environments.

· The primary focus of this role is to build end-to-end use cases that NetScaler's customers can use as a reference architecture to design their mission-critical application infrastructure. Please note that you will be expected to write configuration/code/scripts yourself to deliver end-to-end reference architecture.

· Engage with sales, customers, and strategic partners to own the overall success of the business

· Conduct market validation activities as advised, such as customer prospect interviews and market analysis, as part of planning new reference solutions or architecture

· Develop a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and identify key areas of competitive differentiation, as well as identify disruptive opportunities.

· Drive strategic initiatives to place decision-making close to the customer, using feedback to inform tactical and strategic decisions

· Manage product backlog in JIRA and work with engineering and customers to deliver features and customer outcomes

Basic Qualifications

· Overall 5+ years with at least 2 years of Product Management and/or Solution architecture experience

· At least 2 years of software development experience

· Experience in some combination of the following markets: Public cloud, on-premise environments, Observability, Security, Automation tools (Ansible, Terraform), Kubernetes etc

· Written and verbal communication must be crisp and concise

· Comfortable presenting to senior executives

· Ability to present product value to an IT / Cloud admin as well as a C-level executive.

· Experience working in an agile environment.

Education

· Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science. Preference for Computer Science.

· Masters preferred. (MBA / MS)
