This role is responsible for leading the coordination and development of high-quality tender submissions, ensuring consistency, accuracy and strong alignment to our brand and client expectations.

About the Role
This role plays a key part in supporting national tendering activities across multiple customer streams, working closely with operational and leadership teams to deliver compelling, high-quality submissions.
You will contribute to both the coordination and content development of proposals, ensuring submissions are aligned, professional and positioned to win.
What You’ll Do
Coordinate end-to-end tender submissions, including formatting, compilation and final review
Develop and refine high-quality written content aligned to client requirements and brand standards
Maintain and improve the tender content library and supporting documentation
Conduct quality reviews to ensure consistency, accuracy and compliance
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple business units
What You’ll Bring
3–5 years’ experience in a tendering, proposals or marketing coordination role
Strong written communication and content development skills
High attention to detail with strong proofreading capability
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite and document formatting
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
