The Role Responsibilities
Strategy
Responsible for identifying and implementing service improvement programs to improve the overall stability of the application. Identify areas of improvement in monitoring, housekeeping, and capacity planning to proactively avoid incidents.
Gather and review system metrics to perform trend analysis and constant improvement of support stability / service.
Processes
Manage potential high priority, Service at Risk, medium / high severity incidents, provide end-to-end support and implement resolution to resolve incidents within SLA.
Responsible for the stability of the production system. Direct second and third level of support for problem diagnosis and resolution as per the agreed SLA's.
Tracks the adherence to SLA's / OLA's.
People and Talent
Lead and promote cross-skilling and up-skilling within support teams.
Provide direction and steer to the PSS team.
Governance
Provide root cause analysis for Service at Risk medium / high severity issues, ensure all follow up action points are carried out.

Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association.

Our Ideal Candidate
15 years working experience in banking.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated senior stakeholder management experience.
Working experience on complex systems and integrations.
Exposure and awareness about the infrastructure services and ability to analyse / escalate / discuss infrastructure and product issues.
Strong financial acumen to report, manage and reduce TPS costs.
Should have experience in working closely with the end users as well as critical stakeholders from country tech and Business.
Able to work individually with commitment toward R&R and possess continuous learning habit.
Working experience or exposure in high service availability environment and able to cope with uncertainty.
Responsible for managing the production related changes, releases, and rollouts with zero or minimal impact to the stability of the application.
Manage and escalate interface delays / availability, vendor product issues, etc as per agreed SLAs / OLAs.
