Position: Senior Platform Engineer
Location: London or Luxembourg (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £+5k base + equity

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop components, SDKs, and developer tools to simplify complex concepts
• Develop and enhance cloud infrastructure
• Adapt shared ownership among engineers on DevOps, Cloud Ops, and Internal Development
• Platform concepts, contributing actively to team knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and operations teams to understand business and engineering needs, and deliver technical solutions.
• Review, suggest, and implement best practices and tools in Platform Engineering.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a relevant field
• Experience in a similar role to Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, or Cloud Engineering.
• Strong understanding of DevOps and familiarity with automation tools (Cloud Build, GitHub Actions …) and frameworks, including CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with cloud platforms is needed, AWS works well (we use GCP so this is a strong preference).
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code concepts (Terraform, Ansible, etc.) is essential.
• Knowledge around container image building or container orchestration.
• Familiarity with Python is beneficial.
