Drive and own the Quality roadmap for the organizationProvide technical leadership, career development, and management of performance, objectives, and priorities of all reporting staffDrive initiatives to improve testing at all levels & deliver automation to ensure robustnessDrive adoption of best practices, tools, systems and metrics across the organization and create a shared vision of product quality and maintain strong cross-functional relationships / alignment within & across the business unitsKnowledge of automation testing frameworks like selenium along with good exposure to JBehave or Cucumber, Selenium WebDriver 3.0 and/or Protractor ,Appium or Espresso or UI Automator, Jenkins, ReSTful/SOAP Webservices. Tools like Postman, SOAP UI, Junit testing, Maven/Gradle,Xpath , CSS, Databases, Apache Jmeter 3.0, Dynatrace 5.6 / 6.1,Mocking /Stubbing of code,Agile environmentStrong experience in Automation framework, tools, building automation solutions & acceleratorsExposure to functional testing & white box testing with a strong understanding of/experience with SQA methodologies, techniques and approachesExperience of automating distributed (multi-tiered) systems & mobile app on Android/iOS.Experience with a variety of types of testing, including whitebox, performance and security.Strong experience in CI/CD, TDD, BDD, SOA, API, mobile automationKnowledge of multiple Industry standard and open source test automation toolsCandidate will be responsible for leading teams that do the following Manual/Function testing, regression testing and automation testingContinuously improve the test cases and make the system more robustEnsure proper version control and configuration management of all test objects developed and test environments used.Identify and properly report defects and verify fixed defectsDevelop test plans and test procedures based on requirements, specifications, and issues reported from the field thereby ensuring proper test coverageVerify that new/enhanced functionality is correctly implementedLeadership Skills:Experience in reviewing test services estimations and risk management plansSuccessfully manage multiple complex projects in parallelBuild, train, mentor & manage multiple high performance teamsEffective Communication skills and ability to maintain and build client relationshipsIndependent ownership and successful delivery of projects with expected quality deliverablesDefine business process, risk analysis and mitigation, and providing baseline acceptance criteria and deliverables.Experience in translating business requirements to understandable QA requirementsPreferred : PMP certified professionalProgram/Project Management, Project Schedule, Project Tracking and Team Management, Resource planning
