Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead QA Engineer to take ownership of Tosca-based test automation strategy and execution across our Oracle Fusion application landscape. This is a leadership role within a large-scale digital transformation program where you will guide QA automation initiatives, lead a team of automation engineers, and drive the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable test automation solutions.
This role requires deep technical expertise in Tosca, strong experience in Oracle Fusion (ERP, HCM, SCM), and the ability to lead automation frameworks, establish best practices, and collaborate cross-functionally in agile and DevOps-driven environments.
