Overview
Role Description
• As a QA Lead in the Accounting Tribe Domain within Finance, you will be contributing to transformation in Testing and QA across disparate technology stacks.
• As Deutsche Bank transitions towards Agile and Testing and QA, a key requirement of this role is to enable Testing and QA for various applications and critical programs to be able to deliver to production on demand. As an integral part of Finance Testing and QA team, you will be expected to recommend as well as imbibe best practices, fitment of tools and strategies.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Lead Testing Team in various assignments encompassing Test Automation, Functional Testing and Performance Testing.
• Complete ownership of SIT, UAT and Regression Testing. Test automation solution, designing automation frameworks and lead the implementation of Test strategy
• Represent Testing Team in QBR/BRP planning for Financial Close Tribe and People Management.
• Define Testing and QA strategy and framework, recommend bespoke solutions and drive POCs
• Liaise with other streams (Architecture, Upstream, Downstream, Business, Operations, infrastructure services) and increase Testing coverage.
• Collaborate with Engg leads, PO and Business SMEs to ensure that Testing effectiveness is achieved.
• Actively contribute to E2E Testing for Daily Close Program entity Roll-ins for Cost and Revenue processes.
• Stakeholder Management for Testing deliveries, especially UAT, Ops readiness Tests and executive reporting to Program Leadership.
• Test Data Management to self-serve different Testing types
Your Experience
Your skills and experience
• Strong Functional experience in SAP ecosystem (modules like S4, BW and MDG), SAP implementation including Finance processes (Accounts Payable and Receivables)
• Expert in automation frameworks such as Selenium, UFT and/or TOSCA. Test Management using JIRA, ALM and/or GitHub actions.
• Atleast 8-10 years experience in leading QA/Testing Teams in Agile and Waterfall ways of working.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience with managing large teams including Testing progress monitoring and reporting
Your Skills
• Excellent demonstration of Testing/QA Leadership skills across STLC and strong acumen in establishing “Built-in-Quality” approach
• Candidate should have experience leading a multi-disciplinary teams, working in a fast paced, high velocity agile environment
• Approaches and tooling for automated software assurance and QA.
• Experience with cloud-related technologies & concepts: Cloud Composer, Cloud run, IaaS/PaaS environments and use of Public/Private cloud and Virtualization Technologies
• Experience with project or program management
• Defining and managing the roadmap for implementation of Testing and QA in an established operation.
