Roles & Responsibilities : -Contact leads and creating rapport by calling -Collect information from the customer on their software required in order to offer them the proper solution which will help them to take correct product with complete knowledge -Explain features, advantages and benefits of software categories (adequate training will be given) -Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various software in a software category (adequate training will be given) -Maintaining the customer data base -Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
