Job Description
What will you do:
• Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.
• Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met.
• Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally.
• Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
• Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated).
• Knowledge of Application Security testing Techniques & Quality Assurance.
• Expertise in web application penetration testing and network penetration testing
• Exposure to Bug Tracking System & executing performance tests
• Prompt identification and escalation of defects; working with cross site and cross functional product teams to isolate problem; and tracking the issues to complete resolution.
• Strong understanding of QA processes and concepts including test case preparation, and testing methodologies.
• Use versioning systems to code test scripts.

• Should have knowledge of making test cases & other documentation work.
• If certified in QA from any institute will be advantage.
• Knowledge of bug tracking software -JIRA, Rally etc
• Must be good in English communication skills & presentation skills.
• Experience of Scrum Master is Advantage
