Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Recruiter with BPO/ Call Center Hiring experience who can work onsite in Pune Baner Office. Candidate will drive end-to-end recruitment for our BPO operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in high-volume hiring, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

What is expected of you?
As part of the job, you will be required to
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for BPO roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract top talent via job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate fit based on job requirements and organizational culture.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain an active talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Leverage ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track and manage candidate pipelines.
• Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices in BPO recruitment.
• Willingness to work in multiple shifts as per company need.

Requirements:
Must-have
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a BPO environment.
• Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring productivity and performance.
• Strong understanding of BPO job roles (Customer Support, Sales, Back Office, Technical Support, etc.).
• Expertise in sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.
• Previous experience of working in handling multiple stakeholders across the globe.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
• Strong hands-on experience in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Good to have
• Experience in bulk hiring for BPOs.
• Knowledge of labor laws and compliance in hiring.
• Familiarity with employer branding strategies.
Other Details:
• Onsite – Pune 5 days a week
• Open to work in rotational shift
