Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Behavioural Psychologist. We are looking for an expert who will conduct research, perform psychological assessments, validate data/research and develop the latest research in the field to contribute to our company environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and validation of data/research

• Develop and implement the latest research in Behavioural Psychology

• Contribute to a supportive and effective company environment

Qualifications:

• Expertise in Psychology and Behavioural psychometry

• Experience in building Psychological Assessment is a plus

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

• Doctoral degree in Psychology or related field
