The Financial Planning and Analysis Group Manager is a senior management level position responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Citi's financial results in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to manage professional team(s)/department(s) and apply analytical thinking/knowledge of data analysis methodologies to create and analyze reports that gauge Citi's alignment with forecasted performance. Job Descriptions: Support the Regional Risk and Control team monitoring and managing the FP&A activities and processes within a robust control environment. Lead and drive an efficient and effective process in managing the multiple demands of the Risk and Control governance requests, requirements, and timelines, including Models, EUCs, Process Documentations. Drive and maintain a close partnership with the Regional Workstream and LFO teams to deliver across all common Risk and Control activities related to Model Governance , including model documentation (OPA, AMR, Limitations and others required per MRM), model ongoing monitoring and any adhoc requests. EUC Governance , including EUC documentation, EUC ongoing monitoring and review testing, EUC remediation and any adhoc requests. FP&A Process Documentation , including preparing process document of QMMF / Plan / Outlook, maintaining Model and EUC inventory for each process, initiating and preparing attestation document for each process. Other risk and control related requests, requirements, and deliverables. Collaborate with Global Risk and Control partners to ensure Asia FP&A are practicing good controls over our processes, and the documentations / deliverables are in a compliance and professional manner and meeting all the required timelines. Be able to initiate and drive discussions across countries/regions/global, also to attend the conference calls (regional/global) whenever is required. Be able to proactively seek for opportunities to simply and standardize the process and works across different teams/functions within Asia FP&A Qualifications Undergraduate / Master degree, preferably in a discipline related to Finance / Compliance / Audit 12+ years of relevant experience in Banking and financial services Prior Country or Regional Finance experience highly advantageous Result oriented, with passion to improve process working with various key stakeholders Strong communication, project management, and presentation skills Ability to manage own time amidst competing priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communications skills Ability to navigate across multiple
