The Order to Remittance (OTR) is responsible for complete accounting of Orders and Inventory in ERP. Needs to work seamlessly with Order processing team, Sales, Modality, Finance and Warehouse Team. Responsible for complete cycle from order entry till equipment are dispatched for delivery and for providing Process leadership and driving improvements in Planning & Procurement efficiency, quality, consistency and compliance of OTR processes while minimizing costs and implementing key projects that deliver Productivity & driving Sales & Operations planning for the designated portfolio.

Job Description
Key responsibilities
In this role you will be:
• Working cross-functionally with Sourcing, Sales, Modality, Supply chain, Warehouse, Service and Finance to identify improvement opportunities and implement process changes for driving operational efficiency across order fulfilment & Procurement domains.
• Participating in Sales & Operations planning for designated product portfolio & drive improvement actions on forecast accuracy & inventory management.
• Entering orders in ERP and communicating the same to manufacturing
• Accounting the goods shipped from Manufacturing/vendors by creating Good Receipts Notes (GRN) after the same are customs cleared.
• Creating Invoices for the orders recognized for billing and arranging for dispatch of the goods.
• Owning all matters related to system transaction and work with IT team for issue resolution.
• Acting as single Interface to Modalities, Sales, and Finance for matters related to backordering on Manufacturing/vendors, Invoicing and issue resolution.
• Working with Finance and Accounts Payable teams to ensure timely payments to our suppliers and affiliates for the goods received by us.
• Ensuring >++.5% accuracy of Inventory (System v/s Physical) for the items transacted at warehouses and keep Inventory levels within targets given.
• Ensuring all documents are arranged as per the guidelines of Revenue recognition and provided to Finance in time
