Maximus is on the lookout for an experienced Lead SAP Developer with expertise in CRM and S/4 HANA to join our innovative team. You'll play a crucial role in the development and modernization of a critical enterprise system for a prominent U.S. agricultural agency.
This is a remote position requiring a Public Trust security clearance.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements:
• Only U.S. citizens without dual citizenship may apply due to contract stipulations. Candidates must successfully complete a government-sponsored clearance process for the Public Trust position before the start date.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; however, 4 years of professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• 10+ years of software development experience are essential.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in SAP development is required.
• Proven experience in migrating SAP CRM to S/4 HANA is beneficial.
• Expertise as a Senior Developer with hands-on core SAP ABAP CRM development and SAP Fiori UI5 is necessary.
• Strong understanding of SAP CRM is needed to effectively contribute to the S/4 HANA migration project, including knowledge of SAP S4 HANA CRM table structures and fields, common APIs, BAPIs, and function modules.
• Ability to create High-Level Technical Designs and recommend best practices in alignment with Clean Core Principles.
• Demonstrated proficiency with BADI's, BAPI's, LSMW, ALE, RFC calls, IDOCs, BDC, business objects, classes and methods, Adobe Forms, SmartForms, SAPScripts, Data Dictionary, and ALV.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with OData development using CDS and AMDP, alongside workflow experience including support and debugging.
• Understanding of SAP Clean Core principles, including the use of released APIs, in-app extensibility options, and key user extensibility.
• Knowledge of the 3-Tier extensibility model and SAP RAP (Restful ABAP) and CAP (Cloud Application) Programming Models.
• Experience migrating custom code bases from CRM systems to an S/4 HANA platform, applying both technical remediation and Clean Core frameworks.
• Implementation knowledge in Native SQL, ADBC, External View, ABAP Core Data Services, AMDP Procedures, Text Search, and ALV on HANA.
• Hands-on experience creating custom and enhanced standard CDS views and AMDP classes based on business requirements.
• Familiarity with new SAP technologies like Fiori SAPUI5, SAP BTP Integration Suite, SAP Business Application Studio, and SAP Build.
• Expertise in Fiori application architecture and system configuration.
• Experience within SAP Fiori Launchpad configuration and app integration.
• Proficiency in SAPUI5 controls and Fiori Design patterns.
• Ability to develop Screens, Controllers, and OData DPC and MPC.
• Hands-on coding skills in HTML5, JS, and CSS3.
• Familiarity with SAP Web IDE and SAP Business Application Studio.
• Exposure to ABAP OOPS Concepts and troubleshooting SAP Fiori or UI5 applications.
• Understanding of SAP ECC/ERP/Business Suite, including UI5 Controller extension and configuration.
• Good grasp of Fiori UI Controls and Fiori Elements framework.

The minimum salary for this position is $103,400.00 and the maximum salary is $125,000.00.
