Strategy
• Involvement in Project Initiatives / Automation / Process Improvement.
Business
• Good understanding of Banking & Financial Industry.
Processes
Monitor timely and accurate processing of Financial Market transactions by the team and manage deliverables on associated support activities from a FM back office perspective.
This includes
• Confirmation Matching
• Settlement in respective market
• Reconciliations
• Investigations
All these involve interaction with Front Office / Customers. Trouble shooting capabilities essential. Multi tasking is essential. Excellent oral / written communication skills are essential. The above activities cover a number of SCB Group countries. The person should also have good system skills.
Our Ideal Candidate
• Graduate/ Post Graduate
• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in handling systems such as Clearstream / Euroclear / bony / Fedline (an added advantage).
• Ability to handle stakeholders at Senior Management levels.
• Strong Analytical ability.
• Eye for detail and good in numbers.
• Excellent communication.
• Recognize and manage complexity.
• Problem solving / Trouble shooting skills.
• Good knowledge in FMSO Products.
