Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time position for a Lead Security Engineer based in Ahmedabad. The Lead Security Engineer will oversee the implementation and maintenance of robust security protocols across applications, networks, and systems. This includes identifying vulnerabilities, addressing security incidents, designing and deploying security solutions, and conducting assessments to ensure compliance with security policies. In this role, the candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide recommendations and ensure optimal cybersecurity practices across the organization.
Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Application Security and the ability to identify and remediate application vulnerabilities.
• Proficiency in Network Security and familiarity with tools and methodologies to secure network infrastructures.
• Extensive experience in Cybersecurity and Security Engineering to develop and implement comprehensive security solutions.
• Knowledge of Information Security principles and practices, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, or CISM are highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, cybersecurity, or a related field is preferred.
