Position Overview
The Lead Security Officer plays a key role in maintaining a safe healthcare environment. The variety of security and safety related tasks encompass the safeguarding of employees, patients, visitors, providers and property, and they include responding to alarms, emergency requests, de-escalation tactics, and resolving safety incidents. Mitigating day-to-day operations with co-workers and reporting issues to the Director.

Compensation Range:
$22.97 - $34.46 per hour, depending on experience

Education and Experience
Minimum Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
One (1) year’s experience in a customer service field.
Preferred:
One 91) year’s experience in a Security-related field.
License and Certification
Minimum Required:
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be able to successfully pass a background investigation.
Must meet requirements of New York State Security Guard Licensing Program.
Preferred:
CPR
